This case study highlights how multimodal imaging with MonacoPro supports accurate identification of optic disc drusen in a glaucoma‑suspect patient. optomap color rg imaging showed abnormal optic nerve structure, reduced RNFL signal, and visible drusen, with Sensory Retina and Choroidal channels providing clearer delineation of these findings. Green Autofluorescence further confirmed optic disc drusen through characteristic hyperfluorescence. Integrated Spectral Domain OCT revealed RNFL thinning, a bumpy optic nerve head consistent with buried drusen, and an ERM corresponding to a foveal irregularity. Together, the multimodal optomap images and OCT scans demonstrate how MonacoPro facilitates comprehensive retinal assessment and structural correlation within a single platform.
