Printing Images in OptosAdvance

OptosAdvance provides an easy-to-use method for printing images from your patient studies. You can print the patient study currently loaded in the image viewing area, print one image, or print all viewports.

Please ensure the computer you want to print from is connected to a printer.

  1. If you want to print a single viewport, select the desired viewport before proceeding.
  2. Select Print from the toolbar.
  3. Print Button Image
  4. Save drop-down menu options:
    • Viewport: One viewport from the review screen.
    • Display: All images from the review screen.
    • Current Image: Image from the review screen that is active.
    • Current Series: All images of same modality.
    • Current Study: All images from the study.
    • Key Images: Key images from study (if images are keyed).

    Resolution drop-down options: 100%, 200%, 300%, 400%.

    • Note: Be aware of the images' final use. Do not unnecessarily create large image files.

    Template drop-down menu options:

    • Default: Image(s) only.
    • Custom: OptosAdvance template.

    Titles drop down menu options:

    • All: Patient name, DOB, date of service, laterality, and additional titles.
    • Minimal: Patient name, date of service, laterality.
    • Light: Patient name, date of service, laterality.
    • None: Image only.

    Paper drop-down menu options: Letter or A4

    Margin drop-down menu options: 0.25”,0.5”, 0.75”. 1”, 1.25”, 1.5”. 1.75”, 2”

    Orientation drop-down menu options: Portrait or Land scape

  5. At bottom left of the screen select Print.
    Final Print Image

  6. When done, select Close at the top right of the screen.
