Access Your OptosCloud account
OptosCloud is the cloud-based storage solution for eyecare professionals utilizing OptosAdvance™. It enables your data to be secure and safe, while making it more accessible from anywhere.

I forgot my OptosCloud password
If you forgot your OptosCloud password, another user can log into OptosCloud and edit the password. Please note, if you attempt to access OptosCloud and incorrectly enter your password 3 times in a 5-minute period, the account will lock and require unlocking before editing password.
- Navigate to Settings
- Select User Management
- Select Accounts
- Select the account to edit by checking the box beside their name and select Edit on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
