Vantage Software End-of-Life Status

A key part of that commitment is continually advancing our technology so we can provide tools that offer greater value, improved performance, and an even better experience for you and your patients. As new platforms mature, older ones naturally reach a point where they transition into End-of-Life status, where service and support continue on a “best efforts” basis.
Optos Vantage, our legacy software platform, received its final update in May of 2020, and since the launch of Daytona Plus in 2016, OptosAdvance has become the software solution that ships with all of our new devices. OptosAdvance offers more modern functionality, enhanced workflow capabilities, and a platform designed for ongoing innovation.
As of 31 December 2025, Optos Vantage will officially transition to an End-of-Life product. We encourage customers still using Vantage to consider upgrading to OptosAdvance so you can take full advantage of our latest features and the highest levels of support. Please rest assured that Optos will continue to provide assistance for Vantage on a “best efforts” basis for as long as possible.
