Best's Disease

Best's disease, is a hereditary retinal dystrophy involving the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), and leads to a characteristic bilateral yellow egg-yolk Birdshot chorioretinopathy is a rare form of bilateral posterior uveitis affecting the eye.
