optomap® Recognizing Pathology

Pigmentary Retinopathy

A broad term used to refer to retinitis pigmentosa and other related disorders featuring loss of retinal photoreceptors with associated pigmentary changes in the retina, commonly RPE hyperplasia with migration of the the RPE cells into the retina along retinal vessels.
