Optos is devoted to our customers, so we have designed flexible equipment service options to meet the needs of every practice. For any Optos device you can choose either the comprehensive Full Service Program or the economical Phone & Parts Program. We also offer two payment plan options, Annual Contract or Month-to-Month subscription.

Most service issues are successfully resolved remotely, so both programs include comprehensive phone support as well as software updates, repair parts, and mirror cleaning supplies.
