Email Whitelist

Whitelist Optos in your Email.  Add Optos to your address book to ensure email delivery.  Find your web-based email subscriber below, and follow the step-by-step instructions on how to add usinfo@noneoptos.com to your address book.

If your email provider is not listed below, please contact them directly.


Microsoft Outlook 

Microsoft Outlook 2010® Users:

  1. In Outlook, select the Optos email message in your inbox.
  2. In the Home tab, select Junk. A dropdown menu will appear.
  3. Select Never Block Sender.
  4. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Safe senders list.

Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007® Users:

  1. Open your email message.
  2. Click on Actions from the menu bar.
  3. Click on Junk E-mail from drop down menu.
  4. Click on Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
  5. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Safe senders list.

Yahoo! Mail
Yahoo® Users:

  1. Open your email message.
  2. Hover over an underlined email address
  3. From the menu that appears choose Add to Address Book.
  4. You can then add it to an existing contact card, or create a new contact.
  5. Click Save when you're finished and our email address will be waiting for you in your Yahoo! Address Book.

Windows Live Hotmail
Window Live Hotmail® Users:

  1. Open your email message.
  2. Click on Mark as safe at the top of the message, next to the From: name and address.
  3. Now click Add contact.
  4. Optionally, select Contact list under Related places from the sidebar to find and edit the newly added address book entry's details.
  5. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Safe senders list.

Gmail 
Gmail® Users:

  1. Open your email message.
  2. Click on down arrow next to "Reply" on top right of the message.
  3. From drop down menu click on Add usinfo@noneoptos.com to Contacts List.
  4. Our email address will be automatically entered into your contacts list.

EarthLink

EarthLink® Users:

  1. Open the Address Book (click the Address Book link from the links on the left of the Web Mail page).
  2. Click the Add pull-down menu above the list of contacts, then choose Contact. The Add Contact window will open.
  3. Fill in the email address usinfo@noneoptos.com and other optional information.
  4. Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the screen.
  5. Your email message will be automatically entered into your EarthLink Address Book.

Aol Mail.Aol Mail.
Aol Mail. or AIM. Mail Users:

When you send an email, the recipients who are not on your Address Book are automatically added.

To manually add an email address to your Address Book:

  1. Click the Addresses button.
  2. Click the New button, select New Contact from the list, then click it.

    Note: If the drop-down menus on the AIM Edit Event window are not working, or if your cursor disappears, you must upgrade your browser to the latest version.
  3. In the First Name: and Last Name: boxes, type the name of the recipient.
  4. In either the Screen Name: box or the Email1: box, type the recipient's email address.
  5. If needed, add any other optional information.
  6. Click the Preferred Email: drop-down menu to open it, choose the preferred email address from the list, then click it.
  7. Click the Save button.
