Optos to Participate in Optometry’s Meeting™

MARLBOROUGH, MA, June 25, 2008 – Optos, a leading medical technology company for the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of retinal imaging devices, will host key educational activities at Optometry’s Meeting™ taking place June 26-28, 2008 in Seattle, Washington.
The Optos Academy meeting will be held on Thursday June 26 - Saturday, June 28, highlighting techniques and best practices created to enable clinicians to achieve the highest level of success with Optos’ technology. Optos’ newest innovations will be presented including the release of V2® Vantage Dx Software with Exact Disc™ Nerve Enhancement and Optos’ newest device, the P200C which delivers both ultra-widefield and ultra-high resolution images to facilitate disease management and clinical analysis. Among the distinguished presenters are William Jones, O.D. and Michael Bennett, O.D.
“The P200C allows you to have the best of both worlds. You are able to get out into the mid to far periphery with great image quality but you can also get wonderful image quality with great resolution in the pole.
